Half of France's night trains to see the end of the line

France's Transport Minister said on Thursday that four of the country's eight intercity night trains would be shut down in October due to a lack of funding. Travellers can say goodbye to the line between Paris and Savoie, where it stops at either Bourg Saint Maurice or Saint Gervais, both near Chamonix.
